Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated B2B demand generation and digital marketing generalist to take our marketing campaigns to new heights. You will have a vital role in building a lead generation engine that will fuel Virbela's growth as we set out to re-shape how we work, meet, and communicate in this new remote economy.
As the Demand Generation & Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of our multi-channel digital campaigns. This position requires someone that is data-driven, technically savvy, and highly collaborative.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Partner with the rest of the marketing team to strategize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns on a daily basis
Become a master of our funnel by identifying gaps, launching experiments, and building engagement programs that turn leads into MQLs and sales opportunities
Take ownership of Hubspot and the rest of our marketing tech stack
Build out campaigns and own day-to-day management of Google Ads, Linkedin, and other digital channels
Launch campaigns leveraging content, email, web, ads, partners, and more
Take ownership of marketing analytics reporting -- create dashboards in Google Analytics & Salesforce
Work with your peers to create and guide SEO strategy, including on-page technical requirements
Use HTML and CSS to build and continually improve our email and landing page templates
Execute A/B testing to optimize our website sales funnels
Requirements
Our ideal candidate has:
3+ years of B2B demand generation and digital marketing experience
Experience with creating and executing digital advertising campaigns, including owning budgets and results
Track record of hitting aggressive pipeline targets and generating revenue
Have an excellent understanding of the latest B2B growth marketing tactics
Ability to write and edit HTML & CSS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
