Job Summary
A dental benefits provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Dental Industry Proposal Production Supervisor.
Must be able to:
- Organize and plan workflow to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
- Create and review the enterprise proposal library
- Review draft responses from the writers and edits for accuracy and completeness
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years successful work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly and effectively facilitate customer problem resolution
- Proven commitment to excellence in customer service
- Ability to lead a meeting and manage a pool of Subject Matter Experts located all over the enterprise
- Ability to work with outside proposal systems plus internal systems such as SharePoint
- Strong organizational/time management and project management skills with the ability to multi-task
