A developer of payment processing products has an open position for a Remote Department Purchasing Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting Strategic Vendor Solutions in the overall vendor onboarding
  • Managing incoming contract/purchasing requests
  • Assigning requests to the appropriate SVS Director

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High School diploma
  • 1 year of business related work experience
  • Ability to manage a high volume of contract requests in a timely manner
  • Must have the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
  • Ability to operate/learn multiple software systems and follow established guidelines
