Job Summary

An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Deployment and Support Lead Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing global deployments of our commerce innovation platform and product support processes
  • Managing code releases & processes in coordination with our engineering, project management, quality assurance & product teams
  • Defining & monitoring support processes, managing trouble tickets & escalations & providing reports to internal & client stakeholders

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Experience managing code deployment and release management
  • Experience managing client relationships
  • A passion for technology and new consumer experiences
  • Love to analyze complex platforms and problems and identify areas for efficiency and improvement
  • Excel in fast-paced environments
