Job Summary

A technology-enabled communication services company is seeking a Remote Deployment Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Attend kick-off calls with customers to begin the deployment process
  • Add IPs into the SBCs and firewall - troubleshoot when necessary
  • Respond to high priority incidents, ensuring an adequate remedy is put in place

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Available for customer calls and company meetings
  • Associate's degree (Experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with IP networking
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with web-based technologies and tools
  • Be proficient in all internal applications- TRC and ERS, ERS Admin Panel, Firewall, Wiki, Outlook, MS Office Suite, Skype for Business
