Job Summary
A company designed to help people book camping experiences at campsites, ranches, vineyards, farms, and public parks has a current position open for a Remote Design Director.
Must be able to:
- Be passionate about building and scaling exceptional consumer products through rapid periods of growth
- Lead teams in designing the entire company experience for its Host and Camper communities
- Work closely with both leadership and the product development team to deliver on the company's vision
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have 5+ years of experience leading Design teams in consumer internet companies
- Possess experience in both mobile and responsive web design
- Be highly proficient with design tools (eg. Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD)
- Be highly proficient with prototyping and collaboration tools (eg. Zeplin)
- Be excited about working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Be comfortable collaborating with a distributed team (Slack, Zoom, etc.)
