Job Summary

An insurance and benefits provider. is filling a position for a Remote Design Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Shaping, driving and documenting processes and tools for effective team workflows and collaboration
• Scoping and defining projects strategically with cross functional partners and DX team
• Leading quarterly planning and prioritization with cross functional teams, balancing multiple inputs and needs

Qualifications Include:

• 8+ years of experience working in relevant design industry - product design and/or consultancies
• Passion for customer needs, user experience and design
• Have a track record of building and executing programs from scratch and measuring their impact
• Experience selecting, managing, and working with Vendors (onshore and offshore)
• Comfortable with ambiguity and malleable workflows
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
