Job Summary

An online marketplace is seeking a Remote Design Systems Design Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Guiding quarterly planning and roadmapping
Supporting in defining scope, collecting feedback from external stakeholders and users of the system
Driving deliverables, schedules, and release planning across external product design and engineering teams

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

7+ years as a program or project manager
Strong program or project management
Working knowledge of common project management tools (Asana, Notion, G Suite, etc.)
Effective, clear and proactive communicator with the ability to present and inspire
You're open and receptive to feedback, and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
