  • Recognizing, translating, and resolving technical issues affecting agents on site
  • Solving and delegating prioritized ticketed requests
  • Overseeing and performing detailed analysis to identify trends

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • IT related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, 2-3 years BPO industry experience
  • Experienced IT knowledge and desktop support
  • Proficient in technical writing, trend analysis, and reporting metrics
  • Translate technical issues
