Job Summary
A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Desktop Support Technician.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Solving a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues on network infrastructure
- Customizing communication, instructions, and product knowledge to the level of the individual
- Determining the most cost-effective repair to minimize customer downtime
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of related experience, or AA degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A+ certification
- Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products
- Ability to transform technical IT language into terms everyone understands
- Relatable with customers and impeccable with follow-through
- Insatiable for knowledge, independence, and success
