Job Summary
An information technology and services company is in need of a Remote Desktop Support Technician.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting the hardware of all desktops & laptops as well as the peripherals that are connected
- Being responsible for the Level 1 & 2 support on the phones & network
Qualifications for this position include:
- Desktop Support experience
- Experience supporting the hardware of all desktops & laptops
- Able to work on solutions such as image creation & distribution, testing for other support teams
