An information technology and professional services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Desktop Technician.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing desk-side and phone-based support to technical and non-technical staff
- Providing white-glove technical support to the executive staff
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience working in a customer-facing technical support role
- Familiarity with both Windows PCs and MacOS X workstations
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, or Associates degree with 10+ years relevant experience
