Job Summary
A financial services and technology company is seeking a Remote Developer Experience Technical Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Defining new products and features by working closely with engineering leaders and teams
- Building a deep understanding of what developers need to successfully utilize Brex’s developer experience ecosystem through strategic customer research
- Setting clear goals and metrics for the team as well as new products and features and be held accountable for achieving them
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience working with a team to build systems from the ground up and executing within tight timelines
- Previous work experience as a software engineer, or previous experience as a Product Manager or Technical Program Manager in a developer tools-focused role
- Experience creating a centralized product feedback process that helped contribute to quarterly planning and product prioritization
- Running QA testing programs for product launches
- Prior experience using tools (such as Snowflake, Looker, SQL) to derive insight and metrics from data to drive overall team strategy
