Job Summary
A non-profit progressive public policy advocacy organization is in need of a Remote Development and Major Gifts Officer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing donor relationships
- Sustaining the pipeline for major gifts and planned giving
- Identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individuals
Qualifications for this position include:
- At least 5-7 years related development experience
- 3 years' successful experience in frontline major gifts fundraising
- High-level of drive and energy to be constantly meeting, qualifying, and engaging prospects and donors
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Experience with cross-organizational collaboration
