Job Summary

A software developer has an open position for a Remote DevOps Engineer in Salt Lake City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Build and deploy applications using git
• Use the Linux shell to SSH and edit configuration files
• Develop high volume web applications with a variety of stacks (LAMP, MEAN, Java-based, etc.)

Qualifications for this position include:

• Having an understanding of software development life cycle and how DevOps principles can be applied to streamline and improve that process
• Being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing delivery needs
• The ability to understand high impact urgent issues and have ownership over getting them resolved through coordination and being hands-on
• The ability to build and maintain code pipelines using AWS tools and other tools as required
• The ability to champion cybersecurity best practices and ensure we continue to follow and adhere to all security policies
• Being a team player and work with our world-class product team to create industry-leading software and cloud infrastructure solutions
