Job Summary

A pet healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Diagnostic Imagining Implementation Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Identify project deliverables for each Digital Imaging System implementation
  • Create, review and maintain project plans and other supporting tools to track and report on progress of key deliverables
  • Lead the implementation work team to ensure timeliness of objectives

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High quality customer facing inter-personal skills, with experience working with customers and maintaining good customer relationships
  • Excellent communication skills across the ecosystem, with customers, and third-party vendors
  • The ability to build trust and long term relationships is essential
  • Veterinary practice and/or radiology experience a plus
  • Reasoning and analytical skills to resolve issues
  • Phone skills, with ability to establish rapport
