Job Summary
A genetic testing and diagnostics company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Diagnostics Billing Customer Experience Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing departmental performance and provide recommendations
- Relentlessly pursuing continuous improvement, process excellence, and productivity
- Collaborating with business partners to identify and remediate root cause of degradation of performance
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role
- Undergraduate degree required
- Leadership experience in a growing environment with continuous build out of processes
- Experience with contact center management (mid-large size), customer service tools
- Proven ability to lead teams and managing front line team leaders
- Experience in managing vendor relationships
