Job Summary

A genetic testing and diagnostics company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Diagnostics Billing Customer Experience Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Analyzing departmental performance and provide recommendations
  • Relentlessly pursuing continuous improvement, process excellence, and productivity
  • Collaborating with business partners to identify and remediate root cause of degradation of performance

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Leadership experience in a growing environment with continuous build out of processes
  • Experience with contact center management (mid-large size), customer service tools
  • Proven ability to lead teams and managing front line team leaders
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships
