Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Remote Dialer Software Customer Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering inbound calls, emails, chats, and taking required actions to assist the customers
- Providing comprehensive and accurate responses by consulting available resource material and information
- Problem solving technical issues and escalating issues as appropriate
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Preference for college degree
- Must have 2 years prior experience in customer service or technical support
- Zendesk experience a must
- Ability to troubleshoot software / technical issues
- Dedicated space you can work without distraction
- All other requirements necessary for this position
