Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Remote Dialer Software Customer Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Answering inbound calls, emails, chats, and taking required actions to assist the customers
  • Providing comprehensive and accurate responses by consulting available resource material and information
  • Problem solving technical issues and escalating issues as appropriate

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Preference for college degree
  • Must have 2 years prior experience in customer service or technical support
  • Zendesk experience a must
  • Ability to troubleshoot software / technical issues
  • Dedicated space you can work without distraction
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
