  • Partnering in delivery of digital training within IES Specialists teams globally
  • Transitioning from onsite FSE support to content, digital, augmented reality support of applications
  • Performing Virtual Integration with Product Support Engineering enhancing services within IES global field service

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of technical experience in service operations and/or commercial environment
  • Proven ability to recognize & understand problems on sophisticated electronic, mechanical & optical instrumentation
  • Ability to manage deadlines accurately, effectively and efficiently
