A non-profit organization has a current position open for a Remote Digital Crisis Workers Crisis Services Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Manage and coach a staff of 20-30 remote crisis workers
  • Oversee the crisis worker experience for digital
  • Oversee scheduling, key performance metrics and process improvements

Required Skills:

  • You are a dedicated mentor and compassionate leader
  • Experience managing people and tasks
  • Demonstrated success running efficient and effective operations for scale
  • Significant experience working with technology
  • You can maintain compassion for our LGBTQ youth
  • Aren’t easily rattled by high-stress situations
