Job Summary
An education company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Digital Education Customer Support Agent.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer customer e-mails
- Advise on product inquiries, subscriptions and special promotions
- Give new customers guided tours of our platform and introduce them to our content
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience in customer support and in handling customer emails and calls
- A good understanding of the customer experience landscape in the US and/or the UK
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills on a native English level
- General solid computer skills, ideally with basic knowledge of the Microsoft and/or Google suites
- Comfortable with communicating on the phone and digital calls
- Able to work in either the CST or MST timezones
