Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is filling a position for a Remote Digital Health Associate General Counsel Member.

Must be able to:

Advise on a wide range of state and federal regulatory issues
Counsel on novel and complex commercial arrangements
Monitor new legal and regulatory developments

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

J.D. from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA)
Admitted to practice law in a U.S. state
10+ years of related experience within a medical device or life sciences company
Expertise with healthcare law and regulation applicable to the life sciences industry
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills, EQ, and professionalism
