A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Digital Health Coach in Philadelphia.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized, HIPAA compliant 1:1 health coaching to patients
• Provide individualized whole-person health coaching to patients
• Provide patients with education and tools for health and success

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field
• 1-3 years of experience, including prior digital health coaching experience
• Trained in behavior change theory applications and techniques
• Experience working with chronic disease management
• Tech-savvy and experienced using digital platforms
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
