Job Summary
A student loan servicing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Digital Help and Communication Specialist I.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Editing and publishing a variety of content types
- Authoring “how-to” content for new technology
- Participating in quality assurance reviews for help content
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Associate's Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Experience creating written instructional content
- Experience creating or editing graphics using Photoshop, Snagit or similar products
- Scripting and producing “how-to” or teaching videos using Captivate, Camtasia or similar products
- PC/Windows proficiency and Internet browser familiarity (IE, Firefox, Chrome)
- Ability to learn any area of the supported product suites
