Job Summary

A company offering a digital platform for consumer lending is filling a position for a Remote Digital Lending Closer II in Coraopolis.

Must be able to:

• Ensure appropriate liquidity is available to complete the loan transactions
• Prepare and submit loan closing packages

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a Closer with Escrow experience-required
• Understanding of concepts needed to balance a real estate transaction
• Familiar with standard closing concepts, practices, and procedures of the real estate settlement industry
• Ability and willingness to make phone calls and follow-up diligently on required items
• Ability to work on multiple files concurrently without making errors
