Job Summary
A financial services and investment firm is filling a position for a Remote Digital Portfolio Operations Leader.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering with other leaders to determine project leader assignments within the department
- Inspiring personal growth through proactively identifying and coaching knowledge, developments, and skills needed for the future
- Leading through change and ambiguity, using sound judgment and looking beyond the easiest path forward
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10 or more years of related business experience with increasingly responsible positions
- 5+ years of project or product management experience
- Strong systems thinking and intregation management analytical skills
- 3 years of leadership experience including significant people responsibilities and delivering results through others
- Experience leading project cost / benefit reviews
