A financial institution is seeking a Remote Digital Team Complaints Incidents and Issues Management Lead.

  • Completing issue vetting to identify impacts and owners
  • Managing Regulatory and Business Line Issues to ensure milestones are met on time

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically more than 8 years of experience in an applicable risk management environment
  • Some understanding of Digital’s end-to-end operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/control
