Job Summary

A manufacturing company is filling a position for a Remote Digital Technology Senior Talent Acquisition Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading and developng the DT recruiting team by assessing workload, removing roadblocks, and holding them accountable
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and ensuring they are trained and capable of assessing talent with an inclusive mindset
  • Creating and tracking analytics relative to the DT TA team to make data-driven decisions

Position Requirements Include:

  • 7+ years of related Professional recruiting experience and ATS utilization
  • 5+ years of managerial experience
  • Experience recruiting in engineering, data analytics, and eCommerce technology
  • Experience creating innovative sourcing strategies to identify talent and build talent pipelines at all levels
  • Ability to influence at all levels and strong business acumen
