Job Summary
A political organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Digital Training Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing new and exciting online training content
- Managing cross-departmental conversations with staff to develop training content
- Creating materials and content for training, recruitment, and promotion
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Involves limited travel
- A commitment to creative problem-solving
- Knowledge of best practices in participatory learning
- Alignment with the Indivisible mission and commitment to locally-led, grassroots, progressive activism
- Strong knowledge and at least 4 years of demonstrated experience developing and implementing training curricula
- Ability to facilitate online training webinars
