Job Summary
A leader in employee benefits with a growing dental provider network is filling a position for a Remote Digital Transformation Dental and Vision Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Playing a key leadership role in technology and process assessment of an assigned organization
- Providing direct input into long term technology and digital roadmap strategy
- Creating business plans for assigned projects
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree, or equivalent relevant business experience
- Experience delivering value to customers
- Proven understanding of customer journey and behaviors and expectations to invest in technology
- Drive Digital Transformation through customer adoption, user experience labs, marketing campaigns, etc
- Demonstrate proven experience in project delivery and risk management
- Experience in leading and building a change culture with stakeholder management
