An executive recruiting firm is in need of a Remote Direct Endorsement Underwriter in Miami.
Must be able to:
- Represent the company in a professional and enthusiastic manner
- Ensure all data noted in loan origination system is consistent with documentation
- Properly condition a loan file in accordance with investor
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years residential mortgage lending experience
- Good knowledge of lending regulations and credit/collateral analysis practices
- CHUMS ID is required for consideration
- Strong Mortgage underwriting background
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
