Job Summary
A company in the hospitality industry is in need of a Remote Director Architecture Design and Construction Project Management.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing detailed architectural plans, specifications, construction submittals and shop drawings ensuring compliance
- Initiating pre-design and kickoff meetings with franchisee, external partners, and other team members
- Monitoring and reviewing progress via technology during renovations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel as required
- Three (3) years of design/construction/renovation experience
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
