Job Summary

A non-profit disaster response organization is filling a position for a Remote Disaster Relief Client Advocate in Los Angeles.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Establishing contact with client’s seeking assistance through the Food Assistance Program (FAP)
  • Identifying the needs of clients and determining trends for continuous improvement
  • Working to triage inquiries from clients and adhering to policy and procedures

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Strong efficiency in the English language
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a call center or customer service role
