Job Summary
A real estate technology company is seeking a Remote Disclosure Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage the day to day activities of the disclosure desk including management of the team of disclosure analysts
- Ensure adherence to all applicable lending requirements in regards to the issuance of initial and revised Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures
- Review Encompass fee screen for accuracy and completeness
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in a Disclosure Desk Manager or Senior Disclosure Analyst role
- Thorough working knowledge of Reg Z (RESPA), TILA, TRID and all other applicable mortgage regulations
- Knowledge of required federal and state specific disclosure requirements as they relate to revised LE’s and CD’s
- Believe in creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive practices and programs
- Have proven success working 100% remote in prior positions & are experienced working with a distributed, national team
