Job Summary

A computer systems design services company is seeking a Remote Distributed Storage Systems Senior Software Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Designing and developing new and innovative storage features
  • Figuring out ways to bring these powerful data storage systems to bear

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Solid technical foundation in distributed systems in general and distributed storage systems in particular
  • Understanding of performance, observability, security and reliability in complex distributed infrastructure
  • Demonstrable history of delivering complex features to production distributed systems
  • General web networking knowledge
  • Demonstrable expertise in Python, Java, and/or Golang
  • 7+ years of system software engineering experience on large-scale production systems
