Job Summary

A food service management and support services family of companies is seeking a Remote Diversity and Inclusion Intern in Charlotte.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Working closely with leaders to develop skills and competencies to be successful in prospective industry
• Gaining valuable experience in any of the following areas: operations, marketing, administration, guest services, problem solving, planning and implementation of innovative projects, and client relationship skills

Qualifications for this position include:

• Currently enrolled in a college/university or technical program to receive college credit
• Demonstrated possession of an interest in learning, observing, and practicing a variety of experiences in our industry
• Demonstrated awareness, understanding, and skills necessary to work in a diverse environment
• Demonstrated excellent writing and editing skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Demosntrated solid project management acumen
