Job Summary
A communications company has a current position open for a Remote Diversity and Inclusion Leader.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive leadership awareness, commitment and accountability for D&I initiatives
- Ensure that D&I is integrated into all People and Culture strategies
- Inspire and empower leaders to develop and drive D&I strategies
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Up to 25% domestic and international travel
- 10+ years of Diversity & Inclusion experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related discipline
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
