Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure that D&I is integrated into all People and Culture strategies
  • Inspire and empower leaders to develop and drive D&I strategies

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Up to 25% domestic and international travel
  • 10+ years of Diversity & Inclusion experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related discipline
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
