Job Summary

A medical device and neurotechnology company has an open position for a Remote Diversity Equity and Inclusion Director.

Must be able to:

  • Lead the development of an insights-driven, innovative strategic global plan aligned to our company DE&I strategy
  • Lead cross functional effort to drive our DE&I objectives within national, regional & local community partnerships & strategic initiatives
  • Influence and inspire our global organization of 37,000 employees to advance our DE&I commitments

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university required
  • 10+ years professional work experience required, preferably in HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and/or Diversity/Inclusion
  • Experience working in large global company with 15,000+ employees required
  • Current knowledge & understanding of DE&I best practices including effective approaches to community engagement & change management
