An online fashion subscription and personal styling service needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Diversity Equity and Inclusion Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Foster inclusion, increase diversity, and design equitable systems across the global team
Embed company-wide DEI strategies
Co-create DEI specific accountability structures & frameworks

Position Requirements Include:

Subject matter expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion
Experience developing/implementing significant components of an organization’s DEI strategy
Able to successfully influence change across functions and levels
Experience effectively designing change management initiatives
Able to transform ambiguous problems into strategies and solutions
