A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Diversity Equity and Inclusion Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Acting as a point of contact on DE&I best practices
- Advising key stakeholders on design of structured processes
- Building relationships as a trusted subject matter expert and advisor

- 5 years of professional work experience in related Human Resources field
- 3 years managing DE&I-related initiatives
- Understanding of and fluency with comprehensive HR/people processes and systems
- Outstanding project management skills
