Job Summary

A technology-enabled solutions provider for the financial industry is in need of a Remote DocData Document Services Operations Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing and managing operations teams
• Managing inbound document receipt, imaging, indexing, data extraction and document review
• Maintaining staffing to meet client forecasting, efficient and effective process flows

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or related studies or equivalent experience
• 10 years of experience in a leadership role
• 10 years of experience in residential document management, operations and mortgage lending production
• An understanding of all facets of document management, client relationship management
• Knowledge of risk potential market trends and the scope and impact those trends have
• Able to recognize opportunities to enhance the process flow and/or technology to gain efficiency.
