Job Summary
A technology-enabled solutions provider is filling a position for a Remote Document Services Production Supervisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Insuring all key functions and processes are performed in accordance to the policies and procedures
- Coaching and mentoring team leads to supervise the distribution of work for their line of business
- Escalating process improvements for systems and reporting
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3 or more years Mortgage lending experience
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- 2 or more of supervisory experience
- Computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
