Job Summary
A non-profit organization is seeking a Remote Donor Advancement Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work closely the Executive Director to implement PYEs fundraising plan and ensure fundraising initiatives are fully executed
- Engage with<$1,000 donors to deepen their understanding of PYEs work
- Ensure effective, ongoing donor engagement for all major donors
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Online and In-person Events
- Strong project management skills
- 3-5 years fundraising/development/advancement experience for non-profit organizations
- Proven organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fully remote working environment
- Bachelors degree or equivalent training
- Experience with Mailchimp
