Job Summary
A non profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Donor Relations Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing a portfolio of approximately 150 donors and prospects that research shows are qualified for $1,000 - $20,000 gifts
- Qualifying new prospects for assignment to the campaign portfolio on quarterly basis
- Creating and implementing a comprehensive plan for each donor/prospect in the portfolio
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel to support relationships and events as required
- Two or more years of directly applicable professional experience in individual fundraising
- Understanding of the issues: applicants should be familiar with issues related to factory farming and vegetarianism/veganism
- Strong ability to communicate persuasively, both verbally and in writing
- Experience in Project Management, including establishing project scope, timelines, and execution
- Experience with donor databases and research tools
