Job Summary

A not-for-profit healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote DQM Data Administrator in Fort Wayne.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading monthly auditing of facility departments with department leaders and staff
  • Overseeing Joint Commission readiness within the facility and maintains expertise of requirements
  • Creating audits and entering data into the Verge database

Qualifications Include:

  • Requires an Associate's Degree in Healthcare or related field
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in healthcare-related field, database experience
  • monstrable proficiency in Excel
  • Must be able to demonstrate an above average understanding of data analysis and the importance of data integrity
  • Must have lean or process improvement knowledge
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
