Job Summary

An automotive and mobility technology company is filling a position for a Remote Drive the Change Efficiency and Quality Management System Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Leading lessons learned animation / share best practices
Auditing the quality processes inside SWX when needed, depending on customer risks and regulatory requirements
Leading, deploying and improving the quality management system for SWX, in accordance with the group QMS and the operational & strategic needs

Qualifications for this position include:

10 years of industry experience in automotive/consumer electrical engineering
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
Excellent communication and coordination skills while working in multi-site environment
Perfect knowledge of agile methodologies, especially on SAFe Agile practices
Good understanding of typical connected vehicle E2E architectures and automotive development processes
