Job Summary

A company that provides royalty-free music for video creators is seeking a Remote DSP Partnerships Director in Nashville.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Increasing streams and maximizing revenues from all major music streaming platforms (DSPs)
• Working closely with our existing team to identify, develop and execute growth strategies based on unique, data backed insights and industry trends
• Creating music briefs for the creative team that capture the potential business opportunities at each DSP

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in similar role
• Possession of existing relationships at the DSPs
• Demonstrated deep understanding of the DSP landscape across all genres, but with an emphasis on mood and moments playlists
• Proven track record of success in getting songs playlisted
• Ability to identify key playlisting opportunities for company's music
• Ability to serve as the resident expert on our catalog and identify potentially underused songs in order to identify opportunities across the DSPs
