Job Summary
A workers’ compensation healthcare administrator is filling a position for a Remote E Learning Developer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing effective instructional materials, interactions, simulations and assessments to support the required instructional strategy
- Interviewing business owners, and other functional and technical personnel as part of the needs assessment
- Conducting and analyzing training needs assessments following conventional instructional design methodologies
Position Requirements Include:
- Thorough knowledge of instructional design principles and methodology
- Understanding of adult learning and education principles
- Knowledge of information design and mapping concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Web based training, E-Learning Development, or the equivalent
- Technical aptitude for web based training design and delivery
- Research and analysis skills; analytical, problem solving skills
