Job Summary

A risk benefits company is filling a position for a Remote E Support Service Center Associate .

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assign new claims to the appropriate claims handler
  • Contact the customer by telephone, written correspondence and/or the claims system
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with the customer

Required Skills:

  • Travel as required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • One year of clerical or customer service experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • Good customer service skills
