Job Summary

A contract research organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Early Clinical Development Operations Manager in Princeton.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Measuring performance indicators for assigned staff
  • Supervising assigned direct reports within Clinical Operations, CoSource and/or Global Site Services Staff
  • Being responsible for detailed performance review

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must be able to perform on-site monitoring activities
  • Relevant clinical research experience in a pharmaceutical company or CRO
  • Minimum of five (5) years relevant clinical research experience in a pharmaceutical company/CRO
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant SOPs, ICH, and GCP guidelines
  • Minimum of 1 year as a Line Manager or Project Manager required
